Vintage Pumpkins
This is one of the New Halloween Crafts which you can create using the materials: balloons, string, newspaper, white glue, paint, paper mache paste and heavy paper. The newspaper is hand ripped into small pieces. These pieces can be blended together to make the pumpkins. The mouth and eyes gap can be cut-out, while the eye gaps can be filled using hand-drawn eyes.
Halloween figures
Jack-o-lantern and other Halloween figures like witches, goblins and vampires can be created using materials, like sculpy clay, balloons, paint, newspaper, paper mache paste and heavy paper. While the head and body can be made using the paper ripping method, you can add the hands and legs of the figures using strings. Yellow, orange, white and black paint can be used to color the figures in your favorite Halloween colors.
Baloon spiders
Balloon spiders are fun and easy to craft. The materials that you will require are: black construction paper, black balloons, black string, clear tape, white labels, markers, scissors and stickers. Blow two horns, one larger and tie them using string. For the legs, cut 8 pieces of strips from the construction paper and stick them on the balloon. Using the markers and stickers, you can eyes to the spider and paste a creepy sticker on its back. Make a number of such spiders and hang them from the ceiling using strings. The kids would surely have a go at them.
The great ghost
Another of the New Halloween Crafts, the great ghost is the perfect decoration for your doorway. Watch out, for the guests don’t run away from the door itself. You will require some newspaper, balloon, drop cloth, scissors, paint, string, wallpaper paste and bowl. Soak the newspaper in wallpaper paste and cover a blown balloon. Use another such shell to give the ghost its body. Paint the ghost by giving it some spooky or funny eyes and mouth. And using the string you can hang the ghost at the doorway.
